Filed a claim? Bring the check — we handle the rest.

Our ideal customer has already opened a hail claim and has a first-estimate check in hand. We re-scope the vehicle, restore every panel with PDR or body/paint as needed, replace damaged parts and glass, and file the supplement with your carrier for anything they missed.

Insured customers: often $0 out of pocket.

Where state law allows

Most of the owners who come to us pay nothing at pickup. Where your state permits it, we absorb your comprehensive deductible as part of our pricing and invoice your carrier direct for the rest. The first-estimate check your insurer already sent you stays with you — it doesn't go back into the repair. You walk in with a claim and a check; you walk out with your car and your money still in your pocket.

Rules vary by state, carrier, and policy. We'll confirm exactly what applies to your situation during intake — straight answer, no games.

Built for you

If you've already filed a hail claim.

  • • You opened a comprehensive claim with your carrier.
  • • An adjuster inspected and issued a first estimate.
  • • You have (or are about to receive) the first check.
  • • You want the vehicle restored properly — not patched.

That's exactly who we're built for — and for most of you, that means $0 out of pocket.

Haven't filed yet?

File the claim first — then come back.

We don't write the initial "free estimate" — your carrier does. File with your insurer, let them inspect, and let them cut the first check. The moment you have it in hand, we take over: full restoration plus supplement for anything the adjuster underscoped.

Insurance-first

Here's exactly what happens after you file your claim.

Hail claims feel complicated because you're doing one once. We're doing them every day. The four steps below are the whole job — the first two are yours, the last two are ours. Once you hand us your first-estimate check, you stop having homework.

You won't call your adjuster again. You won't chase parts or glass orders. You won't compare estimates or negotiate. You'll drive.

Often $0 out of pocket.

Where state law allows

Most insured customers pay nothing at pickup. Where permitted, we absorb your comprehensive deductible as part of our pricing and invoice your carrier direct for the rest. The first-estimate check you already cashed stays with you — no write-a-check surprise when you come get your keys. We'll confirm what's allowed for your state and carrier during intake.

  1. Your side
    Step 1

File the claim with your carrier

Call your insurance company and open a comprehensive (weather) claim — that's the coverage that handles hail, not your at-fault policy. Their adjuster inspects the vehicle, writes a first estimate, and mails you a check. That check is almost always low: adjusters work curbside, in bad light, under time pressure. Treat it as a starting point, not a final number.

  2. Your side
    Step 2

Drop the vehicle (and the check) off with us

Come to our shop or tell us where you are — we'll route a mobile crew to your driveway, fleet yard, or dealer lot. Bring the first-estimate check, the adjuster's itemized estimate, your claim number, carrier name, and your deductible amount. We re-inspect every panel under shop lighting; dent counts routinely come in 30–60% higher than what the adjuster wrote down.

  3. Our side
    Step 3

Restore the vehicle — PDR, body, paint, parts, glass

Paintless dent repair on every panel where the paint is still intact — your factory finish stays. Bodywork and factory-match refinish on panels where paint cracked or metal stretched past recovery. OEM (or OEM-equivalent) replacement for any trim, moldings, mirrors, side glass, windshields, or sunroof glass the storm damaged. Every line documented with photos for the claim file.

  4. Our side
    Step 4

File the supplement and handle your carrier

When the real scope exceeds the first-estimate check (it usually does), we submit a supplement directly to your adjuster with line-item photos, OEM part numbers, and labor priced at your carrier's published rates. We talk to the insurer — you don't. Most supplements approve without pushback. When everything's approved, we invoice your carrier direct, collect your deductible (or absorb it where state law permits), and hand you the keys.

When you drop off

Bring this checklist with you.

If you have everything on this list, we can start the real-scope re-inspection the same day. Missing a piece? Still come — we'll track it down with your carrier.

  • Your first-estimate check from the carrier
  • The adjuster's itemized damage estimate
  • Your carrier's name and claim number
  • Your deductible amount
  • Any photos the adjuster took (optional but helpful)
Supplements

The check is the start, not the ceiling.

Adjusters write the first estimate from the curb, in bad light, under time pressure. They miss things. Every honest adjuster expects the repair shop to come back with a supplement — that's how the process is designed to work.

We document every panel, every molding, every cracked clip and hail-bruised windshield. We submit photos, OEM part numbers, and line-item labor to your carrier. Most supplements are approved without dispute.

  • Re-inspection under shop lighting

Dent count routinely 30–60% higher than curbside adjuster counts.

  • OEM parts, documented

Moldings, trim, glass — we spec parts the carrier's system recognizes.

  • Matching labor rates

Body/paint labor priced at your carrier's published rate sheet.

  • Photos + labeled diagrams

Every line item supported by evidence the desk adjuster can approve fast.

  • Direct adjuster contact

We talk to the estimator on your behalf — so you don't have to.

  • Lifetime warranty either way

PDR or full body/paint, our workmanship is warrantied for as long as you own the vehicle.

Restoration plus supplement. PDR where it fits, bodywork and factory-match paint where it doesn't, plus any trim or glass the storm damaged — all under one intake, one warranty, one invoice to your carrier. Insured customers: often $0 out of pocket where state law allows.
