I haven't filed a claim yet. Should I call my carrier first or you first?

Either order works. You can file with your carrier first and then come to us, or you can talk to us first — we'll look at the damage, walk you through what a real repair scope looks like, and help you decide whether filing makes sense. There's no requirement to have a claim open before we engage.

Do I need to have my estimate check before contacting you?

Accepted Answer

No. Most owners reach out before the check arrives. The carrier mails the estimate check after the adjuster's inspection, which can take a week or two. We can start scheduling and even file the supplement before the check arrives. The check is only physically needed at pickup, when you sign it over to us.

How fast can you have a crew in my area?

Accepted Answer

Typical in-region start is 24–72 hours from request, depending on the scope and how far crews have to travel. We treat every major NOAA-flagged event as a possible deploy — the Hail Alley corridor (TX, OK, KS, NE, CO, MO, IA, MN, IL, SD) sees on-the-ground crews fastest, usually within 72 hours of the storm clearing.

Why does my insurance company affect the timeline?

Most carriers (Allstate, Progressive, USAA, Farmers, Liberty Mutual, American Family, Nationwide, Travelers, and most regionals) accept supplement documentation as photos and line items — we file and start repair the same day you drop off. GEICO and State Farm specifically require their adjuster to re-inspect the vehicle in person before approving the supplement, which typically adds a few days.

Do I have to be in a Hail Alley state for you to come?

No. The ten NOAA Tier 3 states are our highest-frequency deployment zones, but we route to any state with a significant hail event — including Arizona, New Mexico, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and beyond. Ask during intake — if we can route a crew, we will.

Question 6

What if I only have one vehicle? Is that too small?

Accepted Answer

No. Single-vehicle owners are most of what we do. If a storm has already put crews in your region, we'll route you to the closest staging drop-off. If we haven't reached your metro yet, tell us — we'll give you a realistic timing window for the next deploy.

Question 7

I'm a fleet/dealer with dozens of vehicles. Different process?

Yes — we stage on your lot instead of routing vehicles anywhere. Volume pricing, master service agreement, direct invoicing to your carrier or your group. Tell us your lot size and timing and we'll get back to you with a scope and crew plan.

What do you need from me at intake?

Accepted Answer

Whatever you have — claim filed or not. If you've filed, share the carrier name. If you haven't, just tell us where the vehicle is parked — city and ZIP. The form above captures everything we need to make the next call; the rest we cover on the phone.

Question 9

Is there a cost just to get a crew evaluation?

Accepted Answer

No. The re-inspection under shop lighting and claim triage are part of the intake — you pay nothing for the evaluation. If we can't add value, we tell you and route you elsewhere.
