Hail hit your lot. Let's get it selling again.
A hail event freezes an entire inventory at once — every unit on the line needs eyes on it before it can be photographed, test-driven, or sent down the lane. We bring the repair operation to your property and work the lot unit by unit, frontline first.
Call the dealer desk before your market books up.
What happens afteryou call us.
- Hour 0
You call, we start routing
Tell us the store, the rough unit count, and the storm date. If our crews are already deployed in your region we can often add your lot to the active rotation. If not, we start staging.
- Day 1
Unit-by-unit damage survey
We walk the lot with your used-car or fixed-ops manager and grade every vehicle: PDR-only, PDR plus panel refinish, or glass and trim replacement. You get a VIN-level count, not a lot-wide guess.
- Day 2–3
Mobile bays go up on your property
We bring our own PDR lighting, stands, and tooling and set up in a corner of your lot or an open service bay. Inventory never leaves the property and never goes on a transport invoice.
- Ongoing
Frontline units first, daily reports
We work in the order you sell: frontline retail units go first, then aged inventory, then loaners and service vehicles. You get a daily count of units finished and units remaining.
We work it in theorder you sell it.
A hail lot isn’t one job — it’s a few hundred small ones with very different economics. We split your inventory into three buckets on day one and you tell us the priority.
- Priority 1
Frontline retail
The units generating gross right now. These get worked first so your lot photos and test drives come back online fastest.
- Priority 2
Aged & wholesale
Units heading to auction still need to present. We scope these for what the lane will actually pay back, not a full retail repair.
- Priority 3
Loaners & service fleet
Courtesy vehicles and shop trucks worked around your service schedule so fixed ops keeps running through the recovery.
No repaint meansnothing to disclose.
Paintless dent repair works the metal from behind the panel and leaves the factory finish untouched. For a retail unit that means no paint-meter reading at the lane, no repaint on the vehicle history, and no conversation with a buyer about bodywork.
Roughly 90% of hail damage qualifies. Where a stone actually cracked or stretched the paint, we escalate that panel to body and factory-match refinish — and we flag those units to you before any work starts, so nothing shows up as a surprise at trade-in.
What an on-lot recovery includes
- Per-vehicle pricing, not hourly — quoted off the VIN-level survey
- Paintless dent repair first; panel refinish only where hail broke the paint
- Storm-damaged glass, trim, and moldings replaced
- No transport costs — every unit stays on your lot
- Daily throughput reporting to your GM or used-car manager
- Direct invoicing to the store, the group, or the carrier
- NDA-friendly crews for pre-launch and confidential inventory
- Lifetime warranty on the PDR work, transferable to the buyer
Tell us what’ssitting on the lot.
Rough unit count, store location, and the storm date is enough to start. Our dealer lead comes back with a per-vehicle estimate and a realistic window for when we can be on your property.
