Lee's Summit sits southeast of Kansas City and has grown quickly, which means a lot of newer subdivisions with driveway parking rather than deep garages. Storms tracking southwest to northeast across the metro reach it with size intact.
Lee's Summit sits in Missouri, which NOAA ranks among the highest severe-hail states in the country. Activity across the state peaks April through June, averaging 250–400 severe-hail reports per year. Our coverage centers on Kansas City metro, Greater St. Louis, and the Springfield area, and Lee's Summit is one of the population centers we route crews to first after a catastrophe event.
For Missouri events we typically stage crews in either Kansas City or St. Louis depending on where the storm tracked. Mobile bays go up within 48–72 hours; drop-off windows and on-lot deployment with dealer groups are coordinated through the intake process.
